केंब्रिज विद्यापीठाच्या परीक्षेत उत्तम यश

वि.प्र.मं. चे विद्या मंदिर, प्राथमिक विभागातर्फे 2004-05 पासून डॉ. मीनल परांजपे ह्यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली प्राथमिक मराठीतील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी इंग्रजी विषयासाठी इयत्ता 3री पासून केंब्रिज विद्यापीठाचे वर्ग सुरू करण्यात आले. पहिला वर्ग 132 विद्यार्थ्यांनी सुरू झाला. ह्या विद्यार्थ्यांना शिकवण्यासाठी आपले पालक प्रशिक्षित करण्यात आले व एकूण 12 पालक ह्या प्रथम वर्गासाठी स्वेच्छेने तयार झाले. त्याच विद्यार्थ्यांतील एकूण 53 विद्यार्थी सतत पाच वर्षांचे प्रशिक्षण घेऊन केंब्रिज विद्यापीठाच्या 2008-09 च्या परीक्षेस बसले. यापैकी 4 विद्यार्थ्यांना पैकीच्या पैकी गुण मिळाले आणि इतर विद्यार्थीही उत्तम यश संपादून यशस्वी झाले. निर्णयपत्रक खाली तपशिलाने दिले आहे. ह्या सर्व उपक्रमासाठी आपल्या पालकांनी, विशेषतः सौ. पूजा जोशी ह्यांनी खूपच मेहनत घेतली. प्राथमिक मराठी विभागाच्या मुख्याध्यापिका सौ. सु. सु. वर्तक ह्यांनी ह्या उपक्रमाचे संचालन केले.

येत्या वर्षी पुढील तुकडी या परीक्षेस बसणार आहे. मराठी माध्यमाच्या मुलांना आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर मान्यता असलेले इंग्लिश भाषेचे प्रमाणपत्र मिळावे म्हणून डॉ. मीनल परांजपे ह्यांनी सुरू केलेल्या ह्या उपक्रमाबाबत त्यांना अनेकानेक धन्यवाद !

POSITIVE ATTITUDE

My friend, Reena, has lots of friends and seems to have all the luck in the world. She sees the proverbial glass to be half full instead of half empty. She would be an asset to any organization playing a key role in keeping the morale of the players at a constant high.

What makes her click?

She has a positive attitude.

We can, all of us, work on our attitude on a daily basis to ensure that we are having a positive effect on our institute, our colleagues, parents and the little children in our charge.

SEPARATE MOOD FROM ATTITUDE

Our interactions are largely governed by our mood on that particular day. This in turn is dependent on the atmosphere at home, the scenario in school and the events till that moment. Is it possible to exude positivity when we are angry or depressed? OF COURSE! Would you forgive a surgeon for doing a shabby job because he was upset with his wife? OF COURSE NOT! All of us have to strive to be actors, to behave in a certain prescribed way regardless of our feelings. We must remember that 50-70 tiny-tots are looking up at us with eagerness and trust. They would be hurt if we suddenly changed from a smiling individual to a frowning one. Their innocent faces should work as a salve on our wounds. We must be our organizations ‘star performers’. This does not mean that we should be ‘mere robots’ performing the mechanics of teaching. What a different workplace we would create if all of us would be focused on the noble task of instructing, encouraging and moulding.

AVOID NEGATIVE PEOPLE AND NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

A negative person has the capacity to spoil your day. We must avoid them like the plague. At least limit our interactions to a minimum. Kudos to those, who are so strong as to bring them around to see their own point of view. We must evaluate ourselves on a daily basis. Put a check on all negative thoughts. Get into the daily habit of giving ourselves positive inputs. The subconscious mind has tremendous power. It will work to fulfill our thoughts both negative as well as positive. We should do what we love to do most. A daily walk, half an hour in the pursuit of a hobby and 20 minutes devoted to oneself, for the purpose of introspection, will work wonders.

BE SELF MOTIVATED

One often hears that organizations aren’t profuse in appreciating good work. They expect all the employees to put in their best but are slow to praise. Motivation is an ‘inside job’. Though it is easier said than done, all of us must be self propelled. Our ‘star performers’ shouldn’t depend on the fruits of their labour to perform once again. It should be a labour of love with no expectations. Remember--The source of all bliss is the dedicated performance of duty.

ENGLISH PRIMARY SECTION

नव्या शाळेचे कोडकौतुक

मुंबईच्या आदरणीय महापौर डॉ.सौ. शुभा राऊळ आणि श्री. उमेश राऊळ यांनी मध्यंतरी आपल्या शाळेच्या नव्या इमारतीच्या बांधकामाला भेट दिली. त्यांची कन्या आपल्या शाळेची माजी विद्यार्थिनी आहे आणि ती शाळेत शिकत असल्यापासून श्री. आणि सौ. राऊळ ह्यांना शाळेच्या कार्याविषयी जिव्हाळा आहे. शाळेला विविध वेळी त्यांनी आपुलकीने आणि सक्रिय सहकार्य आणि मार्गदर्शन केलेले आहे. उभयतांचे आभार मानण्याची संधी आम्ही येथे घेत आहोत. सोबतच्या छायाचित्रामध्ये श्री.आणि सौ.राऊळ, शाळेचे आर्किटेक्ट श्री. विजय फुलकर आणि श्री. संजय अर्नाळकर तसेच मंडळाचे उपाध्यक्ष श्री. म्हांबरे आणि स्रोतसंकलन समितीचे अध्यक्ष श्री. सुरेश ठाकूर ह्यांच्यासमवेत दिसत आहेत.

शाळेच्या नव्या इमारतीच्या तळमजल्यावरील सभागृहाला आता कुठे आकार येतोय. पण इयत्ता चौथीच्या निवासी शिबिरासाठी शाळेत एक रात्र मुक्काम करणाऱ्या चौथीच्या मुलामुलींचा नव्या शाळेत शिबिर भरवण्यासाठी उत्साह उतू जात होता. शाळेनंही भिंतीचे काम सुरू असलेल्या ह्या सभागृहाला झालरींनी सजवून, नव्या हॉलमध्ये कार्यक्रम करण्याची मुलांची हौस पुरवली. आपल्या नातवंडांचे आणि नव्या शाळेचे कोडकौतुक करायला मुलांचे आजी-आजोबाही आवर्जून उपस्थित होते. सोबतच्या छायाचित्रात याचीच एक झलक दिसते आहे.

नवीन बांधकामाचे दि. 20 एप्रिल 2009 रोजी घेतलेले छायाचित्र सोबत जोडले आहे. प्रकल्पाचे काम सुरळीतपणे चालू आहे. पुन्हा एकदा सविनय नमूद करणे आवश्यक आहे की

प्रकल्पाची आजपर्यंतची प्रगती आपल्या सक्रिय पाठिंब्यामुळे शक्य झालेली आहे.

Report on Science Day Celebration

28th February,2009 is celebrated as ‘National Science Day’ all over India in memory of Great Indian Scientist Sir C. V. Raman’s discovery about scattering of light and Raman effect. For this discovery he was awarded the Noble prize in 1930. He was the first Indian & Asian Scientist to get the Noble Prize in physics.
On account of National Science Day, Nehru Science Centre had organized ‘Science Festival’ in which various competitions and lectures were conducted. English Secondary Section has participated in Drawing and Quiz competitions for students, Essay writing competition for teachers. On 27th Feb, 25 students and a teacher attended the ‘Meet the Scientist’ programme. Scientist gave lectures on the topics- Chandrayan 1 – Indian Mission to Moon, Exploring the High Energy Frontier-LHC project and India in CMS.
On 28th February,2009, a batch of 25 students and a teacher attended Sir C. V. Raman Memorial lecture and Valediction given by Mr. A. S. Manekar, the Chairman of Nehru Science Centre, Mumbai. They also observed Science exhibits and viewed Odyssie, the film show in newly constructed Doom – Theatre
English Secondary Section celebrated the National Science Day on 27th February, instead of 28th Since 28th was non-instructional day for the students of English Secondary Section. Science teachers explained to the students about the importance of celebrating 28th February,2009 as a Science Day. Students were told to bring articles related to science such as scientific facts, information about scientists, discoveries etc. All these articles were displayed in the class and school bulletin boards. All the students were told to read the articles compulsory. Some selective and innovative articles were read in the class.

शालान्त परीक्षेसाठी शुभेच्छा !

 

ह्या महिन्याच्या सात तारखेला नटूनथटून आलेल्या मुलामुलींनी विद्या मंदिरचा परिसर गजबजून गेलेला होता. समारंभ होता, दहावीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या निरोप समारंभाचा. सर कोण आणि विद्यार्थी कोण किंवा मॅडम कोणत्या आणि विद्यार्थिनी कोणत्या हे चटकन समजून येत नव्हते. गलबला होता "तरुण प्रौढांचा.'

पूर्वपरीक्षा झाल्यामुळे जराशी मोकळी झालेली मुलं पुन्हा अभ्यासाला जुंपून घेण्यापूर्वी "जिवाची शाळा' करण्यासाठी शाळेत आली होती, शाळेचा निरोप घ्यायला. सूत्रसंचालन करणारी ऋतुजा फडके किंवा श्री. सुरेश ठाकूर ह्यांच्याकडे शाळेसाठी निधी सुपूर्द करताना दिसत असलेला प्रथमेश गायतोंडे, ही झाली मुलांच्या उत्साहाची प्रातिनिधिक उदाहरणे.

सद्‌गदित झालेले विद्यार्थी आणि गहिंवरलेपण लपवू पाहणारी शिक्षक मंडळी समारंभात उत्साहाने मिरवीत असली तरी समारंभाला असलेली कातरतेची झालर लपत नव्हती. 'Parting is such a sweet sorrow' असे कोणे एके काळी "51 टेस्ट पेपर्स'नी घासून गुळगुळीत केलेले वाक्यही अर्थवाही वाटावे असे वातावरण होते. 

ह्यावर्षीच्या निरोप समारंभाचा आणखी एक विशेष म्हणजे मुलांनी शाळेला केलेली भरघोस मदत. इंग़्रजी माध्यमाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी एकंदर रु.37,504/- तर मराठी माध्यमाच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी एकंदर रु. 21,357/- शाळेला दिले ! निरोप समारंभांना विविध वर्षी विद्यार्थ्यांनी शाळेला दिलेल्या  भेटींमध्ये आजपर्यंतची ही सर्वात मोठी भेट होती ह्यात शंकाच नाही. सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना आणि त्यांच्या पालकांना मनःपूर्वक धन्यवाद. 

विद्या मंदिरच्या ह्या अनुदिनीतर्फे आम्ही शालांत परीक्षेला बसणाऱ्या सर्व परीक्षार्थींना अनेकोत्तम शुभेच्छा देतो. शालांत परीक्षेचे वेळापत्रक विद्यार्थ्यांकडे असेलच, पण पालकांना ते पडताळून पाहायचे असेल तर ते येथे पाहता येईल.

मुलांनी अनेक प्रश्नपत्रिका गोळा करून सोडविलेल्या असतील आणि अजूनही हे सुरूच असेल. पण धास्तावलेल्या पालकांना हे पुरेसे वाटत नसेल तर त्यात भर घालायलाही आम्ही तत्पर आहोत. दरवर्षी एसएससी बोर्डातर्फे "स्वाध्याय' प्रकाशित करण्यात येतात. अनेकांना ते VVIMP वाटतात. हे स्वाध्याय तुम्हाला तुमच्या माध्यमानुसार आणि विषयाच्या निकडीनुसार निवडून येथून डाऊनलोड करता येतील. ज्यांना ह्या स्वाध्यायांच्या प्रती हव्या असतील त्यांना झेरॉक्सचा खर्च देऊन त्या सोमवार दि. 16 फेब्रुवारीपासून शाळेच्या वाचनालयातून मिळू शकतील.

वास्तुप्रवेश

रविवार दिनांक 1 फेब्रुवारी 2009 हा आपल्या शाळेच्या इतिहासातला एक हृद्य दिवस म्हणून स्मरणात राहणार आहे. शाळेच्या नव्या इमारतीच्या तळमजल्यावरील सभागृहात श्री गणेश आणि श्री सरस्वति ह्या विद्येच्या देवतांचे विधिवत्‌‌ पूजन करून प्रवेश करण्यात आला.

मंडळाचे आद्य अध्यक्ष कै. श्री. अप्पासाहेब ठाकरे ह्यांचे चिरंजीव आणि सध्या मंडळाचे खजिनदार असलेले श्री. प्रफुल्ल ठाकरे आणि त्यांच्या सुविद्य पत्नी सौ. क्षमा ठाकरे ह्यांच्या शुभहस्ते ही पूजा करण्यात आली. सोबतच्या चित्रामध्ये मंडळाचे संकुल प्रमुख श्री. सदाशिव परांजपे आणि त्यांच्या सुविद्य पत्नी सौ. शैला परांजपे शुभप्रवेशप्रसंगी ठाकरेदंपतीचे स्वागत करताना दिसत आहेत.

हा सोहळा पाहण्यासाठी श्री. सुरेश ठाकूर ह्यांचे पार्ले टिळक विद्यालयातील शिक्षक आणि आपल्या शाळेचे देणगीदार श्री. साने सर आवर्जून उपस्थित होते.

दरवर्षी गाजणारा बालोद्यानातील विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आणि पालकांच्या आवडीचा बाहुला-बाहुलीच्या लग्नाचा सोहळा नंतर ह्या सभागृहात उत्साहाने साजरा झाला. कार्यक्रमासाठी नवी वास्तू उपलब्ध झाल्याने विद्यार्थ्यांच्या आणि शिक्षक-शिक्षकेतरांच्या उत्साहाला उधाण आले होते.

ह्या प्रसंगी श्री. विक्रम ठाकरे व श्री. कौस्तुभ ठाकरे ह्या ठाकरे घराण्याच्या पुढच्या पिढीतील शाळेच्या माजी विद्यार्थ्यांतर्फे रु.1,00,001/- रुपयांची देणगी घोषित करण्यात आली.

शाळेचे आणखी एक आदर्श माजी विद्यार्थी श्री. विजय यशवंत म्हसकर ह्यांच्यातर्फे रु.50,000/- रुपयांची तर बालोद्यान शाळा समितीच्या अध्यक्षा सौ. मेधाविनी कुलकर्णी ह्यांच्यातर्फे रु.25,000/- ची देणगी देण्यात आली.

श्री. विकास पाटणेकर, श्री. राहुल केळकर, श्री. निशिकांत हंबीर आणि श्री. गांधी ह्यांनीही देणग्या दिल्या. जय व जाई ह्या बाहुला-बाहुलीच्या लग्नानिमित्त अशा रीतीने घसघशीत अहेर मिळाला.

इयत्ता 10 वी चा निरोप समारंभ, बालोद्यानाचे शिबिर आणि इ.4 थी चे निवासी शिबिर हे कार्यक्रमही लवकरच ह्या सभागृहात आयोजित होणार आहेत.

अध्यक्षीय निवेदन

नवीन वर्षात आपल्याशी प्रथमच या पत्राद्वारे संवाद साधीत आहे. हुरहुर आहे ती दरवर्षीप्रमाणे 26 जानेवारीला आपली भेट न झाल्याची.

दरवर्षी आपण अत्यंत उत्‍साहाने प्रजासत्ताक दिन साजरा करीत असतो. मान्यवरांच्या हस्ते झालेले झेंडावंदन, वेगवेगळे रंगतदार कार्यक्रम, विद्यार्थांची परेड, बक्षीस वाटप आणि आपल्या अगत्याच्या उपस्‍थितीने साजरे झालेले मागचे सारे प्रजासत्ताक दिन आपणा सर्वांच्या दीर्घकाळ स्मरणात राहिले असतील. अपवाद होता, या वर्षीच्या प्रजासत्ताक दिनाचा. या वर्षी आम्ही तुम्हाला या समारंभात सामील होण्यासाठी नाही बोलावू शकलो. म्हणूनच ही दिलगिरी. कारण तुम्हाला माहीत आहेच, नवीन इमारतीच्या बांधकामामुळे सर्वाना सामावून घेण्याइतकी जागा उपलब्ध नव्हती आणि त्यामुळे ह्या वर्षी हा समारंभ मोठ्या प्रमाणावर साजरा करता आला नाही. निधी संकलन समितीचे अध्यक्ष श्री. सुरेश ठाकूर ह्यांच्या हस्ते ध्वजवंदन झाले. देशाचे चांगले नागरिक बनण्यासाठी शरीरसंपदेची जोपासना करणे आवश्यक असल्याचे त्यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना समजावून दिले.

शाळेच्या नवीन इमारतीचे पहिल्या टप्‍प्याचे काम जोरात सुरू झालेले आहे. साधारणतः यावर्षीच्या जूनपर्यंत काही वर्ग आपण नव्या इमारतीत नेऊ शकू असा विश्वास आहे. पहिला टप्पा 2009 मध्ये पूर्ण होईल. चिंता आहे ती दुसर्‍या टप्‍पाच्या बांधकामाच्या खर्चाची. वेळोवेळी आपण उदारहस्ते केलेल्या आर्थिक मदतीची जाणीव आम्हा संचालक मंडळास आहे. त्यातूनच उभी राहत असलेल्या इमारतीच्या बांधकामाचे हे चित्र आपल्या माहितीसाठी आम्ही सोबत दिलेले आहे.

पण आता वेळ आली आहे ती पुन्हा एकदा आपणा सर्वांना साद घालण्याची. पुन्हा एकदा विद्यामंदिरसाठी तुम्हाला विनंती करण्याची. आर्थिक मदतीसाठी आवाहन करण्याची. पैसा उभा करण्याचे आमचे प्रय‍त्‍न सुरूच आहेत. वेगवेगळया ट्रस्ट्‌‌सना, आर्थिक संस्थांना आम्ही भेटतो आहोत. देणग्याही मिळताहेत. परंतु गरज मोठी आहे. निधीसंकलनासाठी कृपया आपला सहयोग द्या. आणि तुमच्या छोट्या छोट्या वैयक्तिक देणग्यांमधूनही फार मोठी मदत होऊ शकते.

Information on Postal and Banking Services

Lectures are arranged every year to give the elementary information about these important services to students of Vidya Mandir

Postal Services:

Every year, Mr. Vasant Vagaskar, known for his principles and social commitment,  gives lectures to our school children on Postal Services.

This year the lecture was arranged on 22nd January for Marathi Medium students.

Approximately 524 students form std.VIII  took advantage of this lecture.

On 23rd, the same lecture was arranged for the students of English medium.

Approximately 150 students from std VIII were benefited with this knowledge on postal services.

Shri. Vagaskar is also a life member of VPM

Banking

Mr. Sudarshan Parab, Ex VP, Axis Bank, and patron member of VPM  was invited for this Lecture on banking.

He spoke on various services given by banks (on 20th Jan for  English Medium ).

Approximately 150 students benefited.

The same was arranged for Marathi medium on 21st jan.

Approximately 455 students from std IX in Marathi medium took advantage of this lecture.

· III unit test & III/IV unit test of Std V to VIII & IX commenced from 5^th Jan. ’09 and concluded on 10^th Jan.’09 .

· Preliminary Examination of Std X commenced from 5^th Jan and will conclude on 19^th Jan.,2009.

Sunday Practice examinations:

· Geometry, Hindi, Sanskrit & Algebra practice paper were conducted. Evaluated answer papers of Geometry, Hindi and Algebra have been distributed to the students.

· Results of Ganit Pravinya Examination:6 students from std V have been qualified for pradnya examination by securing more than 70% marks in Ganit Pravinya Exam.

· Mrs. Kshmaa Vanlanjoo was an Examiner (Chemistry Std VI) for Balvaidnyanik practical examination at Social Service League School,Lower Parel on 04/01/2009.

· Mrs. Reshema Shinde was also an Examiner (Physics Std IX) for Balvaidyanik practical examination at Social Service League School,Lower parel on 11/01/2009.

· 60 students of Std IXA/B paid a visit to St. Xavier’s School,Borivali (E) on 12/01/09 to watch the ‘Ad Films ‘ prepared by the students from all over India

बुधवार दि. 17 डिसेंबर रोजी रविकिरण मंडळातर्फे आयोजित बालनाट्य स्पर्धेत आपल्या शाळेने अरुणोदय हे बालनाट्य सादर केले. त्यात आपल्या शाळेला उत्तेजनार्थ बक्षीस मिळाले व खालील विद्यार्थ्यांना उत्कृष्ट अभिनय व कलाकाराचे बक्षिस मिळाले.

     शुक्रवार दि. 19 डिसेंबर रोजी संत गाडगेबाबा पुण्यतिथी साजरी करण्यात आली.
     "बोले तैसा चाले, त्याची वंदावी पाऊले' या उक्तीप्रमाणे वागणारे संत गाडगेबाबा. यांनी स्वत: रस्ते झाडून, गाव स्वच्छ्‌ता मोहीम राबवून आपल्या वागण्यातून, आचरणातून लोकांना स्वच्छतेचे धडे दिले . "जेथे स्वच्छता तेथे आरोग्य'  म्हणून सर्वांनी शालेय परिसर, वर्ग, घर, घराजवळील परिसर स्वच्छ ठेवावा. या निमित्ताने विद्यार्थ्यांच्या मनावर वरील संदेश ठसविण्याचा प्रयत्न करण्यात आला.

     गाडगेबाबांविषयी शिक्षकांनी माहिती सांगितली. बालोद्यानजवळील परिसर 2 री च्या विद्यार्थांकडून स्वच्छ करून घेण्यात आला. (20 डिसेंबरची पुण्यतिथी 19 डिसेंबरला साजरी करण्यात आली.)

     शनिवार दि. 20 डिसेंबर रोजी कै. उषा रमाकांत म्हात्रे व्याख्यान माला-पुष्प 2रे या कार्यक्रमांतर्गत 'आनंददायी शिक्षण' कसे असावे याविषयीची कार्यशाळा आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. मार्गदर्शन करण्यासाठी पोतदार हायस्कूलच्या मुख्याध्यापिका सौ. दिक्षित मॅडम उपस्थित होत्या.  त्यांनी आनंददायी शिक्षण कसे द्यावे, याविषयी हसतखेळत, मनोरंजनातून उत्तम असे मार्गदर्शन केले. मुठींचा खेळ , स्मरणशक्ती या खेळातून आनंद कसा देता येतो, हे प्रात्यक्षिकातून दाखवले, टाळ्यांचे फायदे सांगितले. टाळ्या वाजवल्याने रक्ताभिसरण क्रिया घडते. शिक्षकांनी सतत प्रयोगशील व प्रयत्नशील असावे असेही त्या म्हणाल्या. या कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन सौ. विनिता सावंत यांनी केले.           

सोमवार दि. 22 व 29 डिसेंबर रोजी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या कल्पना शक्तीला वाव मिळावा, त्यांना नवनिमिर्तीचा आनंद मिळावा या हेतूने इ.1ली व इ. 3री च्या विद्यार्थ्यांकडून पानाफुलांच्या विविध कलाकृती करून घेण्यात आल्या. त्या एकत्रित मांडून छोटेखानी प्रदर्शन भरवण्यात आले.

रविवार दि.21 डिसेंबर रोजी सुविद्यालय बोरिवली येथे शंकरमठम संस्था आयोजित इ.1ली-2री साठी महालक्ष्म्यष्टकस्तव: व 3री, 4थी साठी लिंगाष्टकस्तोत्रम पाठांतर स्पर्धेत 15 विद्यार्थी सहभागी झाले होते. त्यापैकी खालील विद्यार्थी यशस्वी झाले :

शनिवार दि. 27 डिसेंबर रोजी शिक्षक-पालक सभा घेण्यात आली. त्यावेळी खालील मुद्यांवर चर्चा  करण्यात आली.

2009- A bad year?

For the first time, prophets, soothsayers, astrologers and all of their kind are unanimous in their predictions for the year 2009. Put briefly, what they say is, “Life is going to be gloomy, folks.”

As far as I am concerned every new day ushers in a new sun, warm and fresh, bringing in opportunities and challenges. Maria Rilke said, “The future is time’s excuse to frighten us.”

Eager faces welcome me as I walk through the school gates and a constant and enthusiastic clamour of “Good Morning Teacher” accompanies me till I step into the office. One feels like The Queen. The tiny tots cast a spell on me and negative thoughts take wings.

Well the year 2009 seems to be good for us at Vidyamandir. When I look out of the window, the new building construction work seems to be progressing well. A slow but steady stream of donations is also coming in.

MakarSankranth was celebrated with the usual gaiety. Spring is around the corner. Several children won awards in Camel Colour contest, a few more prizes are expected in other spheres. Children are bright and energetic. The unit test cannot dampen their spirits. The present looks good and the future doesn’t seem bad either. There is no point in worrying. We are here to live life. Let us go forward and embrace whatever it has to offer.
