Thomas Cook Travels and Tours had conducted Travel Quest for the school
students at national level. Students of Vidya Mandir Dahisar English Secondary
Section were adjudged as the best in Mumbai at this competition.
The quest was conducted on 17th Feb 2015 at Bandra (W). IES Manik Bhavan
Auditorium. In written test out of 250 students 12 students were identified and
six teams each of two students were formed. From these six teams one was VIDYA
MANDIR, DAHISAR which was further qualified as the best team in MUMBAI.
The Students representing this team were from std VIII-B.
1. PURVA PRASAD SAWANT
2. ISHA PRAVIN MAHAJAN
They were rewarded with a trip to Singapore along with one teacher. They
were also selected for Zonal level where they lost.
The teacher who guided these students throughout the competition was MS
KSHITIJA SANKPAL.
